  4. Three Minute Plank.
  5. Two 10K Races or Trail Runs (minimum - will post when I register).
  6. Try Stand-Up Comedy.
  7. Finish One Book A Month (minimum).
  8. One Blog Post Every Week.
  9. New Video Every Two Weeks.
